My Heart and other black holes by Jasmine Warga is an emotional and heartbreaking novel. But, healing at the same time.

Two disturbed teenagers found each other and tried their best to comfort each other, they were each other's home.

Although they found each other through a suicide partner website, their friendship developed into something much more beautiful and wholesome. Their friendship changed them in the end, not completely, but they were willing to try, and what's better than this? The willingness to change, and be better. Love genuinely transforms us.

I can't help but care about the things you care about. I feel like we are kind of connected in that way now.

Even though initially it was a sad book, its simplicity and sweetness, the way the author wrote every scene and character, made it worth the read :) The characters and their story will feel almost real to you.

I made a promise to myself: I will be stronger than my sadness. Read this book for hope and love ;)
